Instagram-style filters in your browser

Filters are the quickest way to give your photos a consistent mood — warm and golden, cool and clean, moody black-and-white or soft and faded. Applying the same filter to every post is also the secret behind many of the most cohesive Instagram feeds.

Photo Filter Studio includes 14 presets inspired by popular looks (Clarendon, Juno, Lark, Gingham, Moon, Valencia and more) plus manual sliders. Everything is rendered with your browser’s Canvas and CSS filter engine, so it is fast and nothing is uploaded.

How to edit a photo with filters

  1. Upload a photo. Thumbnails of every preset are generated from your own image.
  2. Tap a preset to apply it instantly.
  3. Fine-tune brightness, contrast, saturation, warmth, hue, sepia, black & white, vignette and blur.
  4. Reset at any time to return to the original.
  5. Download a full-size JPG (up to 4096 px on the long side).

What each slider does

  • Brightness lifts or darkens the whole image.
  • Contrast increases the difference between lights and darks for a punchier look.
  • Saturation intensifies or mutes colours.
  • Warmth adds an orange glow (positive) or a cool blue tint (negative).
  • Hue shifts every colour around the colour wheel for creative effects.
  • Vignette darkens the corners to draw the eye to the centre.

Small changes go a long way: a little extra contrast and warmth often looks more natural than pushing saturation to the maximum.

Build a consistent feed with filters

Pick one or two presets that suit your niche and use them on every post. Food creators usually favour warm, bright edits; travel accounts often use golden-hour warmth; minimalist brands lean towards soft, faded or cool tones. Note your favourite slider values so you can recreate the look each time, then preview the result in the Grid Planner.

Does editing reduce photo quality?

No. The download is rendered at up to 4096 pixels on the longest side and saved as a high-quality JPG.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. It works in Safari, Chrome and other modern mobile browsers.

Is my photo private?

Yes. Filters are applied locally in your browser and the photo is never uploaded.
