1. Free service — no payments
PFPReel (pfpreel.com), operated by Shenoy Valiyavilayil Thomas, Bristol, United Kingdom, provides all of its tools free of charge. We do not take payments, sell digital downloads, offer paid plans or collect card details. The website is funded by advertising shown on its pages.
2. Refunds
Because no payment is ever made to PFPReel for using the Service, refunds do not apply. If you have been charged by anyone claiming to be PFPReel, it was not us — please contact your bank or card provider immediately and let us know at shenoyvaliyavilayil@gmail.com so we can warn other users.
3. Returns
PFPReel does not sell or ship physical goods, so there is nothing to return. All images and files you create are generated on your own device and downloaded directly by you.
4. Cancellation
There are no accounts, subscriptions or recurring charges, so there is nothing to cancel. You can simply stop using the website at any time. If you would like to withdraw consent for advertising cookies, see the cookie section of our Privacy Policy.
5. Purchases from advertisers
Ads shown on PFPReel are provided by third parties such as Google AdSense. If you buy something after clicking an ad, the purchase is made with that advertiser, not with PFPReel. Refunds, returns and cancellations for those purchases are governed by the advertiser’s own policies and your statutory rights, and should be raised with the seller directly.
6. If we introduce paid features
If we ever offer paid features in the future, we will update this policy before any payment is taken. Your statutory rights as a UK consumer — including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 — will always apply and are not affected by this policy.
